Should Texas secede from the union like California?

California is Blue and wants the entire state to be handed over to Mexico, but Texas wants preservation, self-determination, and control of its own future. The state is large enough to hold true conservatives comfortably with room to spare and is a magnet to those who despise the Communist lunacy.
