One thing I find amazing about being a part of fringe political movement is 1) understanding that the establishment is a mountain that cannot be moved or shaken and 2) how useful and effective lies and deceit are when employed. I am beginning to gain an appreciation for how difficult social, political, and economic change is.
Take for instance:
>Racism is super terrible and evil!
>Establishment condemns White supremacism!
>Establishment lets Communists, anarchists and radicals off the hook
>Nazism is terrible, but Communism is just something that happened - though Communism resulted in far more human suffering
>We can't blame all Muslims for the actions of one, but all Rightists are Nazis!
>Richard Spencer is CIA!
>Richard Spencer is Russia
>Trump is Russia
>China wants to fund the Alt Right!
>CIA controlled Charlottesville
>Lawful permit was revoke
>Federal injunction permitted assembly
>City and State ignored - failing to provide necessary security
Do you see how confusing this all is? This is certainly a psychological technique - without a doubt. I'm just now growing an appreciation for it. It's terribly effective. You can't make out the truth if the waters are muddy.
