confession is a sacred pact and the priest is merely a conduit for your connection to god, he has no right to speak to anyone of your sins and this priest is fucking based for standing up for what is right.
i once confessed to my local priest that i fucked one of his daughters and the man just took it honourably and told me to say 10 hail marys, the man was ascended for christ's sake
