Pic 2 is during the hit. The car goes a good 30 feet past the truck. In the video from pic 1, you don't see the guy on the hood of the truck until the run part. Meaning he could have been hit and jumped over the hood to get the fuck out of there. Pic 3 would be the aftermath.

For a split second at 14 secs into that video it APPEARS that you can see his shoe/leg in the bottom left corner of the frame. 7 secs later he's sitting on the hood of the truck.

It's entirely possible that he got up behind the camera and sat on the truck, but it doesn't seem likely that that would be the case after literally getting hit by a car and going flying. Although, that being said, a couple of other people got up in a similar amount of time, but they don't look like they took it as hard.

Upon looking at OP's pic again, the bottom right picture appears to have been taken between getting hit and sitting on the truck.

Getting hit by a car so hard that you go flying and lose your shoe, being photographed with someone literally on top of you, getting up and hopping onto the hood of a near by truck seems like a lot to happen within 6-7 secs.
