Blacks and Mexicans have a higher homicide rate, but they don't go out of their way to kill people for political reasons. Basically, as long as you're not gang banging, then you're good around Blacks and Mexicans. Young whites are becoming unhinged and are willing to kill random people because of the shit they read on /pol/ and stormfront.
