I've come to realize in the past few months that we cannot stop Globalism at this point in time. We can't change the world with our political beliefs because people have already set their minds on what they believe. I've also chosen to follow this path of self-improvement. Gym, reading, pursuing my career goals, loving my wife, and setting up a foundation for my future children.

Self-improvement is a timeless virtue. I try to be an improved version of myself every 6 months, always slightly out of my comfort zone. Past few years got /fit/, taught myself high-level math and coding, got myself to work every day of the week without burning out. Improved people skills/went on bunch of dates.

Currently learning Spanish on duolingo, completing a stem degree, and learning/brainstorming about setting up a start-up. Other goals include being more athletic, improving my dress sense, being tidier, making cooking a habit.

With hedonism you will always get bored and life will throw you around. True contentment comes from taking care of the basics (healthy, etc) and structuring your life so that you enjoy most working days (i.e. having autonomy/a positive outlook/low expectations/high ambitions/bla).

We are all gonna make it brehs.
