I believe that needs to stay a critical detail. The car must have been prepped because no one in their right mind would casually disable their bags. The driver was too smooth and far too stable after a serious ram that could push two cars so far. Ask anyone else who's been rammed,it doesn't take a massive amount of force to disorient, and fleeing by backing up completely straight is something someone would have to be trained in.
