look up the GI Bill, the largest work of what you might think of as "affirmative action" in US history, which gave tuition payments, low cost mortgages, low interest business loans, living expenses and more benefits *only* to white veterans of WWII. millions (literally) of black veterans who had just come back from the USA's greatest moral victory, conquering Naziism and fascism, were then excluded from this huge free land, business and education giveaway right at the beginning of Americas big 20th century economic boom.
white families across America have decades of generational wealth and equity from homes, businesses and educations they didn't earn, simply because they're white. they were just given the tools to build a life, only because of the color of their skin. i know that you truly believe you are being oppressed. but you must understand through decades, centuries of white struggle against equal rights, the deck has been firmly and truly stacked toward white people which makes the equivalence of "hate = hate" and "racism = racism" false.

there's a reason NYC is a bustling well-oiled machine and every backwoods idiot town that whites isolate themselves in take money from the government for failing to generate jobs. diverse cultures thrive in the US, segregation = death and racist morons are only shooting themselves in the feet.
