The Lybian Government of Serraj (after due political pressure from Italy and a few gibs) has started patrolling its sea up to 60 miles from the coast. If they find migrants boats they take them back to Lybia. If they find the NGO's ships they shoot rounds of warning.
Hopefully for us Serraj will keep up the good work. But surely the NGO's will flock to other routes. The Spanish one is dead easy for the migrants.
