Daily reminder that self improvement is THE most redpilled thing you can do right now to advance, not just you, but also the movement. "Before you want to start a fire in the world you must evoke a fire within yourself."

Self improvement includes:
>physical activity (lifting, running, team sport)
>a healthy diet
>a career you enjoy and pursue with success
>pursuing more knowledge and intellectual work
>having a clear goal, a vision for yourself and your folks in life
>having moral boundaries you stick to

You will only accomplish this by hard work, proper time management and industriousness. What will you get out of this? A better health, a better body, a better mind. Overall you become a better man and therefore more happy. You will feel amazing compared to how you felt before.

Things you must do and get rid off to get started:
>begin to excerice
>begin to eat healthy
>STOP MASTRUBATING AND PORN
>get a job if you don't have one
>set goals if you don't have any
>acquire a proper hobby if you don't have one
>reduce trash tier entertainement and other distractions (video games, binging Netflix, shitty music, porn, junkfood)

So what will this do to our movement?
I'll just ask you: What will a bunch of basement dwelling, skinnyfat losers do to our movement? Get a proper life and become an Ubermensch yourself before you try to spread politics which encourage this. You'll become more "high energy", confident and productive.
