Thor is Jupiter, but what is his relation to the planet? We dispute this.

This is an example about how the Pagans had some understanding of science. We agreed that this was an understanding of the Atmosphere/Ozone Layer, that the Sun was so very powerful, and there was something protecting us from it. Keeping us and Midgard safe.
Thor is a Deity associated with gravity. Pagan’s had a decent understanding of Gravity, as evident with the stories of Thor. (Mjölnir’s mass is consistent when it’s size isn’t, it returns to him regardless of direction)
We all agree we were not ignorant barbarians before Christianity. We had knowledge of this world and its forces.
