This is what is going to happen.
He's been denied bail for a few reasons. One he's a legitimate flight risk because his residence is so far away from Charlottesville.
Two it's to protect him from vigilantes and dindus since he's been completely villified.

He'll have to watch his ass in county because if he joins up with any Aryan brootherhood members, he'll be completely fucked come trial date.

He's going to be in jail for a very long time because I definitely see this going up the court system considering how catastrophic the last few "racial" crimes have been handled.
