The short answer is, "Almost certainly not."
There are some tiny churches like Christian Identity where people roll their views on race into a form of Christianity. The inspiration for these beliefs does not come from within scripture, but are instead made compatible with it. There are also some parts of the white Christian world even in the modern day where people tend to be much more racially aware in specific contexts, and their churches tend to reflect that. One strangely modern thing in the Bible is what appears to be a heavy-handed story against racism. Moses had an African wife, generally referred to as Ethiopian, though probably from the area of the current Sudan.

The Jewish historian Josephus has a story of Moses marrying an Ethiopian princess after successfully leading the Egyptians in battle against them. His source for the story is unknown. There is a possibility that Cushite is another word for Midianite from Habakkuk 3:7. The Midianites lived in the Sinai and northern Arabia. They may have been Caucasian, but if so, they would had to have been quite dark relative to the people around them for a verse like this to make any sense:
