It would be every foreign non-ally's dream. It would probably end up like how it ended up in Ukraine. At the very beginning there were clearly defined sides, months later it was like scrambled eggs, with foreign money funding not groups they believed in but groups that would be useful to their own agendas. I think that state power would lose because it is a shopping mall sewer culture there, and it would end up being a battle between totalitarian marxists and fascist nationalists.

Civil war is likely not going to be soon, but it will likely eventually occur.

It will be caused by ineffective corrupt leftist politicians that will dominate future non-white American politics, Brazil style. In response to the chaos, farther left groups will want to seize power and protest the establishment. States will declare independence and communists will seize control of their governments. The central government will oppose this but they won't have enough strength to stop the rise of these states, because the military will fracture along ethnic lines and people will defect to their own people.

So you will have generally three different factions
>Establishment - corrupt central government and military junta trying to hold country together
>Anti-establishment - secessionist ethnic communist states, blacks in the south, mexicans in the southwest, overt communists on the pacific coast and northeast. Likely supported by the communist Chinese and EU and favored as the "innocent rebels" in the conflict similar to the FSA was in Syria.
>white self defense militias and non-communist independent states - the government will not defend white communities from overtly racist communists so they will take up arms to defend themselves from them. Likely based in the midwest and support from Russia if they're still conservative at this time period

To be honest I'm not sure who would win in such a war.
