if you want a real reason its actually pretty simple

until only recent times, states where based on the idea of either religious authority or straight up power of ones culture

jews where deported from their homelands in roman times because they refused to become Roman and refused to say the Emperor was a god.

The roman empire depended on it's emperor being the second only to the gods to maintain it's authority, which is why it fell apart when the empire turned to christianity and became the byzantine empire, which is based on a concept called 'divine right to rule' in which god ordained the king or emperor in this case to be a ruler.

If we look through all of history, Jews never once
1. Assimilated into the local culture and religion
2. Ever recognized the religious authority that allowed the state they resided in to exist

because of that jews where an actual destabilizing force in all places they resided jsut due to the fact they they violated what allowed those states and kingdoms to exist in the first place, that being religious and cultural authority

Not sure what you mean. In the past I would have seen this is not an indictment of jews at all since the Lev Tahor are a tiny group of orthodox jews who are atypical even for jews in some of their behaviors (they make women wear veils).
