Yes most people are not oblivious to the idea that outlawing race mixing will be next too impossible currently. And believe it or not, we do not need to ban all immigration, only from specific parts of the world.

As how to prevent people for race mixing, the easiest way would be to educate people on why the concept is flawed. And introduce pride in one's own ethnicity.
