Is it just me or is the roof and windshield of the before car different than the after one? The after car's windshield seems to be at a steeper angle in relation to the hood compared to the before, with an inch or two of the roof curving downwards to meet the windshield, whereas the before car's feels like a more smooth transition between the angle of the windshield and the roof, like they're slightly different models of the same style of car.

Look at the trim that separates the roof from the frame the door is attached to. You can see a lot more of the trim curving over the front of the roof in /ourcar/ than on the kid's even though it looks like the after picture was taken at a lower angle (I could be mistaken about that).

Ever had a powered fan that wasn't turned on spin on its own because the wind blew at it the right way? Same concept except with helicopter blades. The air rushing past the blades causes them to turn because the blades are angled. The blades moving would generate some amount of lift but not enough to keep the machine airborne for long. I'm more familiar with fixed-wing aircraft but I assume a pilot using autorotation to control the vehicle is similar (in concept at least) to a pilot gliding in fixed-wing plane that's lost power. A controlled, if rough, descent and landing.

I'm not familiar enough with rotary-wing aircraft to say how applicable the concept is to this situation, but the helicopter's blades wouldn't just immediately stop spinning after they lost power, the momentum would keep them rotating for a short while at least.

People can believe what they want. Soldier Boy was just a suspect that fit the profile for the information that we had before the full name and digital title of the real VIN owner was found.

He has literally no other connection to this indecent that I know of.
