my parents are a bit crazy and are planning on vacation in Egypt... The point is, is it even safe to go near those filthy sand niggers? Yes you read it right I want your opinion on this issue

Spent 6 months in Cairo in college, had a great time. Tourist police are everywhere, they take the safety of tourists very seriously. Most Egyptians were really cool and loved to talk for hours drinking tea and smoking.

Also some very old Orthodox Christian monasteries which were cool.

Honestly, if you're going to go anywhere in the ME and want to experience an authentic culture Egypt is the place to go.
