The difference is that of the three people to have died, none of them was on the far right, which makes you look even worse than the nazis, who lost 16 men that day, and thus at least had martyrs for the future, at least could present themselves as the oppressed ones.

The lessons from this shameful display:
>if you want to go public, present a version of your ideas that's more digestable
>don't invite the edgiest of edgelords, don't use 4chan memes and nazi aesthetic in your promotion
>if your ideas are so unpopular, that out of a country of 320 million, you can't even attract 30 thousand, DON'T start marching on the streets and focus on propaganda
>the above applies especially if you know there will be opposition looking for violence

And, most importantly:
>don't have an impossible goal
Yes,the vision of the ethnostate is LITERALLY impossible, unless you're willing to deport/kill US citizens based on a DNA test.
