I'm becoming skeptical of the potential for balkanization. In the event that white separatism fails, I will accept aracial Militarist Civic Nationalism, but I'm worried about the depreciating national IQ that will come with mass 3rd world migration. I don't think we can run a prosperous Terran Federation if cruising on only a 90-95 avg. IQ, even if only veterans can vote.
