Honest question, where do you think this is all going and do you think it's going anywhere at all? I'm having a lot of trouble taking either side and this whole thing very seriously. It just seems so fake and reeks of people just venting, LARPing and imitating things they read about because they thought it'd be cool. Neither side is well organized or committed and they both lack any kind of serious leadership, direction or general goal, they just seem to do random, isolated marches/protests/counter-protests almost in a vacuum, because they heard that's what people did back in the day. It just feels so phoney, pointless and directionless. I'm reading people compare this to Weimar Germany but to me it just looks like kids playing pretend, not really wanting to commit or achieve anything other than blow off steam and have fun, with a few attention whores in the mix trying to profit off it. Am I wrong?
