I really don't think it was an accident guys. It may have started with him being concerned for his safety and gunning it - but he just kept going until he crashed into a car. He was on his way into a much larger crowd of people.

I've seen the video of him before he got to the large crowd. He could have braked, turned around, and gotten out of there well before hitting the crowd. I think he fucked up. I think he thought 'well, I've already hit some commies - in for a dime, in for a dollar' and just kept on going.

This isn't some case of people having a peaceful gathering and some crazed terrorist hops the curb and plows in from nowhere. This is a violent mob blocking the streets and attacking the vehicles they stop, and one of their victims tries to escape by driving only on the streets, which should have been clear and were his only path of retreat.

He was likely singled out for violence because of his appearance: white, arguably "fashy" haircut, out-of-state plates, and driving a nice sports car. He appeared to be there for the protest, and therefore was fair game by the "punch a Nazi" standard of the left.

Keep in mind the driver is sitting low in that car. From the camera angle, as the crowd parts, it's not really possible to see the parked cars that are beyond the sea of people, and we're at a significantly higher vantage point than the driver is.

At this point he'd thinking "ok, if I speed up, they will part and I can get out of here before any of them kill me."

At this point he has no idea he's about to hit a wall of steel until it's too late to brake.

How much does anyone here want to bet that he was on some kind of prescription meds? They cloud judgement in exactly the way one would expect in this scenario. We'll never know because the toxicology report will be scrubbed or swept away entirely. Just wait and see.

Also, his reverse isn't that clean. It's actually very sloppy. He's screeching around as he lurches left and right. It's not terrible but it's not "pro" like others have suggested.

Video of the pre-acceleration part hasn't surfaced, but there were several who clearly had their phones and were recording him already. Why hasn't their video surfaced? Is it because they would be incriminating themselves? It seems likely. If such video never surfaces then we have to go by what we see here, which is clear verbal intimidation at the minimum.

TL DR: Driver panicked, probably on prescription meds, possibly anti-depressants. Makes a bad call, thinks he can accelerate and "part the sea" but doesn't realize there are cars just beyond the people. Then freaks out again and throws it into reverse.

There's no evidence at all he was on a premeditated killing spree. It's either what I laid out above, or a CIA psy-op.

What the video shows is a glimpse of the car, then it's pointed down and away from anything of relevance, then when it looks back up, the car has travelled about three lengths, with armed rioters plainly visible (one takes a swing at it as it passes). By the time the camera finally points back where the car came from, a substantial length of time has passed for the initial attackers to have scattered.

The person taking the footage is one of the group of aggressors. That's his job in the group: to avoid recording any of the attacks on the cars, but to record any panicked flight, acts of self-defense, or retaliation to try and make it look as if his aggressive, violent group is being one-sidedly attacked.

The cameraman is a member of a criminal conspiracy to produce exactly this kind of misleading footage, and it shows.
