Bullying is destroying our youth

I know, most of you say that this weak faggot deserves to be bullied, but please hear it out of the perspective from a social worker (me)

In the last 200 years Teachers were MUCH and i mean MUCH more harsher, they hit the kids, they yelled at them, teachers bullied kids in a good way, and in a way that other students see it as a warning for not being a faggot like that.

In that times, the normal bully who had aggression problems and never payed attention got disciplined by the teachers, today they are free to roam the classroom, because they never get any real consequences by the teachers or their parents.

This creates an external hierarchy in the class, where the main character, normally the teacher, is not the alpha, but the kid that does the most shit and seems the strongest.

Now the top few of the alpha followers bully the weakest kids, and the teachers and the parents can do nothing about it.

This results in a lot of cases in permanent psychological damage in the bullied kids, they are mostly the well raised and smarter kids that just want to get school over with and are not familiar with hierarchical structures, nor do they want to accept their status and flip their shit often which results in more bullying and more stress to the young brain.

In the end the bulliers will grow into despicable human beings that act like their way in school for the rest of their lives, like all the chads and stacies. The bullied kids will just be passive, angsty, and depressed their whole lives because it got so deep engraved into their brains to always exept an attack.

With smartphones and messengers lies can be spread as fast as never before, and stupid kids believe anything they read there and soon a whole school can be against a few persons.
