It would be a Supreme Court decision too. I really hope this lawsuit is planned out correctly and no fuckery happens(likely). It is a case a Political Suppression and Violation of 1st Amendment rights. The speakers did not have a chance to voice their concerns and there was really no violence going on where the speeches would have taken place. It could also be tried as a case of racial profiling too. BLM is DTO and has been since the DoD declared them one.
