>REEEEE the plates LTRLY Say Ohio
(Very) Possible Scenario: Father (Jerome) bought son (Joel) the car while the lived in Ohio. Family moved to Michigan, which in fact borders Ohio. Family keeps Ohio plates because there's no fucking reason to swap them for Michigan plates. Son drives to #UniteTheRight rally, hoping to harm right-wingers. Accidentally hits people from his own side. Kek.
(Could also be an attempt by the son to create a false flag. He looks retarded enough to think he could pull it off.)
Or its a misleading/placeholder plate and its CIA false flagging.

Possible, but I've seen several videos clearly showing the plates when you pause them. Doesn't mean they're authentic, though.
Original grainy videos I wasn't able to see a plate, but they were very grainy and the car was moving at a good clip.
