I hear from fascists talk of an "organic state" as the end goal of fascism. From what I've heard you want to create a state that is truly by the consent of your people and expel all others. I consider myself a libertarian and while I disagree with some of the public policy you want to enact I don't see a problem with a truly voluntary nationalist society.

Can someone give me a rundown on the organic state and how it could be achieved?

NatSoc was fundamentally an ideology built around race, while Marxist socialism was entirely different: built around class. Hitler aimed to unite the right and left, including workers and their bosses, into a new German nation based on racial identity.
