i don't buy a word of it. unless they have proper information on the size of NK nuclear warheads, and proper information on the second stage, they can go and get fucked. they also have to account for potential military deception beyond what they have anticipated; for example, north korea deliberately only filling the rocket up so much to create an artificial lack of performance.
