The Right to Disassociate - No person shall be forced to interact with any person they do not wish to interact with.
This would undo pretty much all "anti-discrimination" laws. You wouldn't be forced to go business with or provide services to anyone you don't want to. If you build a neighborhood, you wouldn't be forced to sell to anyone you don't want to sell to... same with renting out property. The best of society would no longer be forced to be dragged down to the level of the shittiest parts of society.

Instead of adding to it, I world repeal the 14th amendment. No more birthright citizenship, so no more free no consequence incentives for illegal immigration or "birth vacations". The 14th amendment has been used for too long in a way that is unintended, outlived its purpose, and had become a severe drain on society and it's resources.

Any politician who signs or declares war must also actively serve in the war they wage. At a minimum, all congressmen and officials who vote yes must spend at least a full month a year on the front lines. No physical conditions preexisting or otherwise may bar them from this service. Additionally, for the remainder of the year, they are required to maintain physical shape so they may serve. If they fail any physicals, they will be fined in their wages.

To add to this, the military draft process is redesigned. Our country's military strength lies in the fact that many if our members who serve signed up and want to be there. To extend this and make the draft more suitable for our military needs, voting records are exchanged with the US military. In addition to including females in the draft, any person who voted for the current leaders or officials in office that declared war will be the first ones drafted as opposed to performing a blanket draft based on age range. There will be a progressive draft lottery range expanding with time through the war, going first from the group of people who voted for all the pro war officials (eg first few months are peeople who voted for the president and congressmen, following that a few months of people who voted for a subset of the officials, then a few months of selecting people who voted for a smaller subset and so on) and ending with the full USA, including those who did not vote for those officials, should we be at a point where more soldiers are needed to fight.

Also to add to this, when the range extends into people who did not vote for the officials that declared war, those who did not vote will be the first ones used in the expanded range draft. The range will then expand to those people who voted for officials who voted no to the war as a very last resort.

This will provide the added benefit of making people take state official voting just as, if not more seriously than the presidential elections because they will need to know who the hell they're voting for inside and out. It would make our country more politically aware and voter turnout would skyrocket. Plus, an exchange with the US military for physical and draft records would also help cut down on voter fraud since there'd be layers of paperwork to perform the vote beyond ID/License that actually come right to your door in the mail, so people can't complain about the voting process shutting certain disadvantaged groups out when the draft notice comes to your front door bundled with a voter ID.

It's a win win for everybody.
