I wasn’t saying that there is nothing you can do and you must accept millions of refugees. There is no grand scheme but a complex of various divergent intentions and incompetence that causes this to go on. E.g. Southern Italy was very welcoming to refugees for a long time because they got EU-funds for it and most would travel to Northern Europe anyway. In Germany, many lobbyists thought the refugees would help to fix a shortcoming of skilled laborers. This wasn’t planned (Germany ignored the refugee crisis for years) but opportunism, that arose than the refugees were flocking to Germany. Now they get chocked by their own red tape (human right laws, leftist leaning media etc.).
