I don't think their ICBM are very good, they might fly completely of target and hit a random suburb, nothing at all or just fall into the ocean.

Either way its a small nuke and if it reaches mainland USA at all you will probably have time to get into a basement or something.

I would worry more about being killed in a false flag desu. That's usually how it starts when the US goes to war.
