I need help killing someone

I just found out I have a criminal neighbor, involved in human trafficking rings, assaults and armed robberies, we cant do any legal stuff about it, like try to have him evicted

I need to do what has to be done, I swear if I knew I had the backup from my local cops, I would go there right now and shoot him in the head without saying a single word, claim he attacked me, walk.

But I dont know, I think there is a chance the police would see that, who I killed was scum, so they would help me, but I dont want to take chances, and must importantly, I dont want the criminal's friends to know I killed him

I want to stake him out, follow him till I catch him off guard in a lonely place with no camaras.

any advice, not an edgy teenager btw, I am just someone who knows this has to done sooner or later for the benefit of my country.
