The reason is this is one of the major areas the dossier falls completely apart. You can tell that when it was written, in their own oblivious certitude that Hillary was going to win, they added this BS part. It was like a backdoor explanation to explain "why" there was never proof of an active Russian bot net or any money. They would just lie and say well Trump hid it all see it's here in this elite intelligence report we have. Hillary was either planning to fuck Trump when she won, or this was insurance policy. Remember, Trump was the one accused and slandered for potentially "not accepting the results." But its clear now that was always HER intention to not accept, and as usual tried to deflect and project onto their opponent.

Anyhow, so yeah, that part is a clear and obvious lie, Cohen shot holes through it immediately with his own passport. So the rest, including all the stuff related to Gubarov and this lawsuit is most likely complete shit as well and he'll take buzzfeed for tens or hundreds of millions
