So, I live in the Midwest, and I am an older guy in the industry at one of the big players [working remotely].

The leftist SJW crap is bad at all of the biggest tech companies. And they are recruiting and relocating non-whites into the mid-west offices that they have.

If there were actually a non-SJW tech company that could compete with my compensation package, I'd be very interested - but I'd need to understand their plan to not get overrun with SJW stuff eventually.

I also think quite a lot about starting my own shop, and keeping the size under whatever the # of employees so that fewer of the "muh diversity" laws apply to the organization...

I've been thinking about "the right wing tech" problem a lot lately, mostly from the POV of the official platforms - twitter, paypal, google, youtube, etc, are crushing non-SJW speech, people, and businesses, and so there is an opportunity to go and capture that business.

My experience in Latin America definitely helped my race realism overall. However, I do not dislike Hispanics in general and in fact am completely OK with them existing in the southwest. I think Jared has a very positive opinion of Japanese. So it makes you hyperaware of your own identity, but more accepting of the identity around you, probably. I found out today that I'm illegible to work in most tech companies in Vancouver.

I didn't know why I'd do so well in my interviews, have employers comment on how impressive my resume is, and then tell me they'll call me back and then be sent a rejection email. Eventually I asked my sister put in a favor with an HR department of a tech company she once worked with, and she heard that "well we looked at his facebook and saw that he's really.. conservative".

I played in my high school orchestra, I volunteered for a few years at a homeless shelter (required 100 hours by the end of graduation, but they don't know that), and other such "nice things" liberals look for so they can sense all my virtue signalling. Helps me get to the final interview, but they still fucking say no because they just know how to smell "conservative" from a mile away.

Your best bet is to move to the South that is a tech hub. Houston/Austin, TX is becoming one such place. Also Orlando, FL (don't recommend, but it is pretty good). These places at least can make exceptions for decent human beings, even if they're conservative. You just have to hold your tongue at all times, which honestly sucks.

If this is going to succeed, the names of these services need to reflect something besides "me too!" Hatreon is obviously a clone of Patreon, as are many of the other services mentioned. This makes it look like everything on the "alt right" is a childish copy of innovative leftist products.
The names should reflect the strengths of the values of the groups they're appealing to. Likely depends on time and place. My experience in the engineering world is that most engineers have a libertarian lean to them. Leftism was been very rare but I do see it some in the current crop of new hires. Time will see how long they hold on to those values. Youth typically have a leftist bent to them but the current generation more so than those of the recent past, at least in the engineering space. My guess is that after a few years in the industry, they won't feel much in common with their liberal arts friends from college and adjust their political outlook accordingly.
