I remember going to college and watching the girls in my class. All they every did was 1. study 2. freeload on daddies money and 3. get attention on phone.

I think it's probably a result of diminishing penis size among white men, which in turn is leading to reduced confidence and a desire for strong leader figures as well as an unusual envy towards men who have massive penises (the majority, and mostly with African origins). They are acronyms for different programs...

EC = "Exceptional Children"...basically kids who can't read well or might have other learning disabilities.

SBS = structural behavior support. Basically containment for really, really fucked up emotionally unstable kids. I had a few of those. Some of them are cool, some are basically just waiting to go to prison.

IEP = Individual Educational Plan with lots of little measurable goals, so now because your kid fucked off in the first quarter they get an IEP for the second quarter that I have to monitor, and if I don't do everything I can't possibly give them an F. It's abused as a way for parents to keep their kids from failing. "My kid needs an IEP!" Now that kid can't fail ever again.

Our education system is broken because of No Child Left Behind and the accountability trends of the 2000's.
