I'm no expert on the topic but from what I gather, the basic gist of it is:

- First off, most Jews are people just like you and me and don't want any part of the shit I'm about to describe. This is a minority within their community, not some universal conspiracy that all Jews are on in.

- Judaism basically tells Jews that they are god's chosen people, non-Jews are subhuman, and their destiny is to rule as all and own everything on the planet. It tells them to stick together at all costs and fuck everyone else over guilt-free.

- as part of this quest, they not only seek to control non-Jewish societies but to actively undermine them, in order to make them less threatening and easier to control. This means fucking with their cultures, economies, and even gene pools (by promoting degenerate culture and encouraging mass immigration).

- their holy books (specifically the Talmud) are like power manuals handed down and improved by each generation, allowing them to pass notes down to subsequent generations on how best to control and subvert non-Jews

- because of historical reasons, Jews have massive influence over the banking system and they use this as leverage to control other industries - most notably, mass media - and governments, behind the scenes.

- a minority of Jews, driven by a desire for power (most common), a desire to aid Israel (also common), religious belief (unlikely), or family inheritance (born into powerful position), participate in a global cabal that operates as per the descriptions above. These are the people that have immense financial and political power, are constantly fucking governments, economies, and societies, and remain so hidden because layers of financial obfuscation that you will likely never hear their name. When you hear people ranting about "the Jews", this is the group they are talking about.

The "convenient scapegoats" thing is a meme that can only be believed by an idiot who thinks that Jews were expelled again and again simply because their hosts societies were packed with credulous retards. I have no hate for the Jewish people, but there is a severely troublemaking element in their community that arises from the core of their belief system.
