Both Barry Jennings and Michael Hess were in World Trade Center Building 7 on the morning of 9/11 before it collapsed later that day.

Barry Jennings was Emergency Coordinator for the New York Housing Authority and Michael Hess was the New York City Corporation's Counsel at the time. Both say they experienced an explosion while they were in the building and had to be rescued from the building. Jennings said there were bodies all over the floor of WTC 7.

Jennings told the media what he witnessed in WTC 7 on 9/11 on at least three occasions. On the second occasion he went into detail, and on the third occassion he changed his story. Hess backed up Jennings' original story on the day of 9/11, but quickly changed his mind and stuck to his new story.

Barry Jennings: He told the truth about what he witnessed in WTC Building 7 on 9/11 (before he changed his story). Unfortunately for Jennings, he gave a lot of details during one of his interviews. He is now dead (no one knows how or why) and his family has disappeared.

Michael Hess: On the day of 9/11 he backed up Jennings original story, but didn't give any details that day. He quickly changed his story about what he witnessed and went on to enjoy a long and illustrious career.
