Why is Privacy not Valued Anymore?

When i was in the hospital I had to shower in my room with nothing surrounding it, the nurse would come in and i couldn't even cover up since i had limited time to wash everything. She left the door open sometimes and i couldn't turn around or they'd see my ass which is really hairy. She saw my dick and so did some people walking by the doors, how come privacy isn't a huge issue?

Isn't it in the constitution the right to privacy? How come this has become something th isn't even considered to be a big issue anymore by the media? It's a fundamental human value.
