Is there literally any way someone on Guam could survive a nuke to Guam at all? The margins of the blast radius have to be in the ocean.

Considering you're probably using megaton scale nukes in your models whilst the Norks best weapon is no more than 50 kT, yes, people in basements can survive.

I hope the 36th Fighter Wing brings Shakey into the shelter with them. At the very least, he's be good eating.
