yes but his brain can scan the cube and decide the sequence of moves and remember those moves while he executes them. also it seems like he pauses for a fraction of a second a few times. is he just re-syncing his memory of the sequence he already planned, or is he actually figuring out new moves?

he's clearly got an unusual brain, but it's hardly just memorization because nobody can memorize a tiny fraction of all the cube combinations. what he has memorized is a godawful number of sequences to quickly change one or more things, and he can scan the cube for a few seconds before the timer starts and decide the correct order.

i was sub50 even with fridrich and fingertricks, optimizing my PLL/OLL algorithms got me down to 35 avg of 5 and mastering F2L got me down to 20 (PB 15.89)

Honestly F2L made all the difference for me, I was really shit at it in the beginning
