Some celebrate all of those things, they have imendan (which we Orthodox don't have) but this is a typical traditional slava, meaning every family has a Saint, one protector of the family and all generations mark this day. So not only someone named Luka celebrates Sv Luka but specific families whose saint protector is SV Luka, that's what slava is, it's an old pagan thing which Orthodox utilized, so to speak.
