So, you should watch Dr. Jordan B. Peterson's lectures on IQ and employment. I will attempt to summarize/paraphrase.

Basically he starts with this idea that IQ heavily determines for what jobs one is suited. Such that if you are possessed of the highest IQs then you are competent to do the most intellectual jobs, for instance lawyers, doctors, and so forth. Slightly less you may make a good researcher, banker, businessman. Then perhaps administrators and clerks. After that skilled tradesmen, let's say, followed by menial employees like retail, or grocery stocker, or package handling. At the very bottom you have people who are maybe good for a few jobs, but nothing complicated. What Thomas Sowell says are digging ditches and hauling water.

But Peterson goes on to say that even those lowest skilled tasks require a certain amount of intelligence. He cites the United States military, which has been deeply concerned with IQ testing since they figured out how to do it, although they don't call it IQ. They figured that IQ of 83 or so is so dumb that there literally is not a job in the entire US Army that such a person can do that they do not make worse by trying to do it. As evidence, he says the United States has made it illegal to allow in people with sub 83 IQ. Which he says is nuts because in wartime, America wants as many soldiers as they can get to fight the war, and in peacetime America uses its military as a social mobility vehicle to increase the status of poor and stupid people so they can better benefit the rest of society.

I came from Poland to UK with nothing besides Masters degree and Bachelor's degree and two certified languages.
My first job was for 17k in call center-I found it in a week.
My second job was for 19k in admin.

Now I am 38, live in London, earn 23k per year and rent a room for 650. Food is very cheap if you buy rice and chicken from Tesco(50p for smoked chicken thighs).

It's not the work environment i hate, it's having my schedule dictated by work. Some nights i don't want to go to bed early and some i do, same for mornings. I don't want to have to be at the workplace when i can't be fucking bothered. As far as i'm concerned my parents and grandparents have been paying taxes their whole lives, and i don't want or intend to have kids ever. The tax money my family paid into can cash out to me instead of some immigrants that keep committing crimes.

Council taxes don't work that way. They are not decided by some plan of a government agency, the only thing that could cause this 25% rise you are lying about is national government not underwriting local government liabilities, this is possible, but that isn't in line with your lie.

If you choose to lie about JSA or other benefits it would be somewhat more convincing.
The government cannot reduce JSA etc at this time because it is already so low and has had so little of an increase it is well behind inflation.
They also cannot reduce housing benefits as they are now so low that anyone under 35 is really fucked and cannot hope for more than £60 perweek which is a figure that a single person (jobless) will find hard/impossible to pay for a flat almost anywhere in the country.

I've been on JSA for 11 years. 6 years ago i moved into this shitty flat and the rent is £90 perweek, then i got £120 per week to cover that rent, that is correct they gave me more than i needed for the rent. now they give me £60 perweek until i turn 35 then they give the £90~ (the full cost of the rent)

I wish i didn't have to live like this i want a job but i made a mistake 11 years ago in leaving a job and i thought it would be easy to get another 11 years neet totally fucks you up and i hope to die from some health problem soon.
