We should cut all Federal funding to universities that offer major in anything that ends with the word "studies". Gender studies, women studies etc. Federal money into universities is an investment that our government makes. It invests in education and expects to receive educated people that can perform a service that ultimately benefits the country. A girl with a degree in woman's studies won't benefit the country. These majors are a waste of money. My bill would defund any universities that offer major in these studies.

I've always been into infrastructure and transportation, and we've got shit-tier quality of both in the USA.

I'd submit new legislation to permit states to toll highways built as part of the Interstate Highway System. Some states would likely toll roads to "discourage automobile usage" (especially the liberal shitholes in the Northeast and California), while others would toll them so they could cover the costs of maintaining the highways (such as Texas).

This means that if you want to (in most cases, there are exceptions) travel from point A to point B by road without the use of slower local, toll-free roads, you would either need to pay up or use alternate transportation.
Services such as private intercity bus operations and privately-operated train travel would take off where distances are 500 miles or less, since people would be less inclined to pay up for the highway.
With the new glut of intercity travel options, rather than just Greyhound (which is full of shady folk, to put it lightly) and Amtrak (not as bad, but prone to delays), services between cities will be more frequent, have more variety in terms of the offerings (for example, low cost buses for the nigs that have nothing besides seats, and intercity limo services for businessmen) and save the government money.
