It is not racist or sexist to highlight the differences between us, especially if we don't like what the facts tell us...
This is Trevor Phillips, Former head of the Equality and Human Rights Commission (in the UK).
Facts Highlighted By Mr Phillips
>Irish people run the building trade
>Indian women are more likely to be chemists
>Indian and Chinese kids do best at school
>Young black boys are more likely than other ethnic groups to commit street robbery *(I'm guessing this is the same in the US?)
>In Hackney, there’s a Turkish influence to the heroin trade
>In central London there are Chinese sex traffickers and Romanian pickpockets
>This country is crying out for frank discussion on issues such as race and sexuality, debate is being closed down because those who find offence in every-thing cry ‘racist’ or ‘sexist’
Trevor Phillips is now considered by many in the UK to be a racist, biggot for talking about these facts. James Damore is now even more villanised for discussing the differences between the sexes.
Will there ever be a time when we can have an open discussion regarding these differences without being ousted as a bigot?
