I suggest a simple solution of allowing the only option to abort the baby be the death of the mother.

A woman who cant bare to think of a child as anything but a clump of cells should be thought of in equally a disregarding matter. Then we can just start giving them a gun to cap themselves or they can live for both themselves and the child.
