Even if you do those, you still just quality for welfare. So after all that, when you still get welfare, as long as you don't use it for drug money, you will not starve in the US.

the biggest reason that blacks are in continual poverty is that they have children before they're ready and don't graduate high school. The rate of out of wedlock black children has risen since the Civil Rights Act was passed. These people simply cannot fend for themselves. Every time they get more freedom as a people to govern and take care of themselves they fail miserably.
