North Korea's last nuke test was estimated to be a MAX 30 Kiloton yield nuke.
That size would create a blast radius of about 1.5 miles. Maybe kill 50,000 people near a crowded city, possibly injure 300,000.
But he has only a dozen or so. And he can't get that same yield on rocket tipped nukes. He also has no accurate guidance systems, and no proven ICBM reentry capability.
If he DARES to strike the U.S. or Guman with a nuke, he would be incinerated by one of our 100 plus MEGATON nukes, which would literally vaporize entire county sized provinces in NK, within 15 minutes.
So what the fuck is he thinking? Is he fucking retarded? He has to be. Not even someone purely 'evil' would be this fucking stupid.

I know you're American, so I'll try to explain this as simply as possible: North Korea never said it will strike Guam. They said they will fire a missile in the direction of Guam, landing somewhat near it (40+ miles away, as has been reported). Given their track record, I doubt it will even reach that far.
