Industrial nations have giant population booms with the newly created wealth made from developing the country.

Japan is post-industrial, there is no longer the same amount of income and resources to support the growth rate that caused that giant unsustainable boom. The populations will them recoil down to smaller levels, probably hovering around their pre-industrial population of 40 or so million.

Europe and the US would go through the same if you didn't flood them with niggers. Baby boomer tier population explosions are not sustainable, why does everybody interpret that fact as if it's apocalyptic? There are 120 million Japanese. Below replacement is still replacement it's just less than current total population going forward but will never reach zero as long as babies are being born. There are more babies born in Japan each year than most nations due to their already large population.
