I think most people would carry too much shit. You need a sidearm, knife, and two other guns AT MOST. That and adequate ammo alone is going to weigh you down 30 pounds.

Even if the rest of your shit is ultralight you're going to be carrying a lot. You want to try to stay under say 60 pounds so you don't sweat too much of your water out or burn through food too quickly.
