I've only read his memo, and not seen any interviews he's given. From what I understand, he's not /ourguy/ in the sense that he's actually a white nationalist or anything. In fact, he was saying diversity was good, and his main problem was how they're trying to force diversity in ways that don't work.

He's probably more aligned with the skeptics or JBP types. That doesn't matter though. What matters is that this incident is the first of many major cracks in the left's monopoly of industry. The socjus paradigm is continuing to crumble, because we have guys like this posing honest questions and concerns, and they're simply unable to address any of his points. To them, he's no different than a /pol/ack who wants to literally gas the kikes with pesticides behind wooden doors. Lots of people are waking up and starting to see that the Emperor Has No Clothes here. And the more the kikes try to shut it down while not actually being able to address these sort of points, the more ground they will cede and the more we will start to gain.

I work in a smaller tech company; not in california though. I try to keep my head down when it comes to politics in the office, but there were plenty of people talking about this. Everyone was pretty much in total agreement, saying "well yeah, of course women function differently and aren't as suited to programming".
