I want you to give me ONE good reason why we should not reinstate cruel and unusual punishments, /pol/.
The animals in pic related should be tortured and brutalized to the point where they are sobbing and broken messes, then drag out back and shot.
Instead we give them free food, housing and healthcare as their "punishment".

If you want to get them to that stage all you have to do is say that their welfare will be taken away if they can't find a job in 1 months time

Because you end up being subject to cruel and unusual punishments for posting on this website if the government decided it.
Realistically the best method for this type of behavior is forced sterilization. The problem would solve itself in a very short period of time.
